NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL
Pursuant to Section 78C of the Companies Act 1967, notice is hereby given that SINGAPORE ROBOT PTE LTD (the "Company") has passed a Special Resolution on 21 February 2026 to reduce its share capital from SGD 1,000,000 to SGD 10,000.
The reduction is to be effected by the cancellation of 990,000 issued and unpaid ordinary shares.
A copy of the resolution and the solvency statement signed by the directors are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company. Any creditor of the Company may, within six weeks from the date of the resolution, apply to the Court for the resolution to be cancelled.
