1. Who we are

Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201535442H), 16 Jalan Masjid, #03-13 Kembangan Suites, Singapore 418941. We are the organisation responsible for personal data collected through this website under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

This website has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We receive personal data only when you contact us: your name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry, sent by email, by WhatsApp or through the srAI assistant on this site.

3. Why we use it

We use that data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil and support orders, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only as needed to serve you: manufacturers and logistics providers involved in fulfilling your order, our messaging and email service providers (for example WhatsApp, operated by Meta, when you choose that channel), the AI service provider that powers the srAI assistant, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.

5. Overseas transfers

Some suppliers and service providers are located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure it receives a comparable standard of protection.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting our data protection officer at info@singaporerobot.com. We respond within the timelines set by the PDPA.

8. Security

Personal data is held in access-controlled systems and shared internally only with people who need it to handle your enquiry or order.

9. Third-party links

Links to other websites, including our sister brand, are governed by those sites' own policies.
