This website presents robotics education kits, competition training bundles and classroom IoT sensor packs and collects requests for quotation. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd.
Content on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A contract forms only when we confirm your order in writing after quotation. Unless stated otherwise on the quote, quotations are valid for 14 days and may require prepayment or a deposit before procurement begins.
Prices are quoted per order in the currency stated on the quotation. Singapore GST and any import duties or levies are itemised on the quote or invoice where applicable.
Goods are supplied on an order-driven, made-to-order basis. Lead times are stated per line item on the quotation and run from our written order confirmation and receipt of any agreed prepayment. Risk in the goods passes on delivery or self-collection.
Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you together with the manufacturer's documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we give no further warranty of our own beyond what is stated on the quotation.
Because goods are procured to order, they are not returnable for change of mind. Report transit damage or dead-on-arrival items within 7 days of delivery and we will handle the claim under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is capped at the amount you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or production downtime. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors. Singapore Robot and the hexagonal S mark are used by Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. ZENCOV is a trademark of Zexis Capital Pte. Ltd., used under licence. No licence to use any trademark is granted by browsing this site.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape it in a way that degrades service. The site sets no cookies and requires no account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
